Electrical Heat Tracing Systems

Electrical Heat Tracing Systems

Keep your process flowing with confidence—even in freezing conditions.

Electrical Heat Tracing (EHT) is a system designed to compensate for heat loss from process pipelines, vessels, and equipment to prevent freezing, maintain fluid viscosity, or achieve required process temperatures. Heat is applied directly to the pipe or surface using specially designed heating cables, insulation, and smart control systems.

At Integro Process Heating Solutions, we deliver fully integrated EHT systems built around cutting-edge Self-Regulating Heating Cables, designed for performance, safety, and long-term durability in industrial and commercial environments.

Integro electrical heat tracing protects pipes, tanks, valves and instruments from freezing and maintains process fluids at target temperature. Using self-regulating or constant-wattage heating cable routed along the pipe and covered with insulation, the system replaces heat lost to ambient conditions — preventing blockages, viscosity problems and frozen lines in cold or outdoor plant.

We supply complete traced-pipe solutions including cable selection, thermostats and controllers, power connection and end-seal kits, and design support for the correct wattage per metre. Suitable for water, chemical, oil and food process lines across industrial and commercial sites.

Protecting downstream process equipment too? Our thermal wastewater evaporators and ZLD systems are frequently heat-traced end to end, and our immersion heaters provide direct in-tank freeze protection and heating for storage vessels.
