Electric Air Heaters & Duct Heaters

Electric Air Heaters & Duct Heaters

Industrial Immersion Heaters

Industrial heaters are critical components in process heating systems, designed to transfer thermal energy to liquids, gases, solids, or surfaces across a wide range of industries—from oil & gas to food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power generation. At Integro Process Heating Solutions, we design and manufacture robust, energy-efficient heaters engineered to meet stringent thermal, mechanical, and safety requirements.

Each heater type is optimized for specific applications, media compatibility, heating rates, and control requirements.

Integro air heaters produce clean, controllable hot air for drying, curing, ovens, HVAC and process applications. Air passes over finned or tubular heating elements and exits at the required temperature, with digital control delivering precise, repeatable heating for ducted and inline systems.

We build open-coil, finned tubular and duct-mounted air heaters custom-rated for your airflow, temperature rise, voltage and duct dimensions, complete with controls and thermal safety protection. Suitable for industrial drying lines, process ovens and air-handling systems.

Need to heat a liquid instead of air? Our inline circulation heaters heat fluid as it circulates through a closed loop. For disinfestation applications using the same hot-air principle, see our pest heat treatment systems.

Typical air-heater applications include pre-heating combustion or process air, drying paint and coatings, curing composites, powder-coat ovens, and maintaining set-point temperatures in HVAC and environmental test chambers. Elements are selected in stainless steel or Incoloy sheath material to match your airflow chemistry, and every unit ships with a wiring diagram and thermal cut-out rated for continuous duty.

• Open coil, finned tubular, or tubular element construction

• Operates with ambient, filtered, or recirculated air

• Compatible with blowers, fans, or compressed air systems

• Thermocouple integration for air exit temperature regulation

Applications:
Paint curing, drying systems, dehumidification, cleanroom air control, heat shrink tunnels, and powder coating plants.
