Inline Circulation Heaters

Circulation Heaters

Industrial heaters are critical components in process heating systems, designed to transfer thermal energy to liquids, gases, solids, or surfaces across a wide range of industries—from oil & gas to food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power generation. At Integro Process Heating Solutions, we design and manufacture robust, energy-efficient heaters engineered to meet stringent thermal, mechanical, and safety requirements.

Integro circulation heaters heat liquids and gases as they flow through a fully enclosed, insulated vessel fitted with immersion heating elements. Fluid enters, passes over the elements and exits at the required temperature — an efficient, compact solution for continuous inline heating of water, thermal oils, fuels, gases and chemicals.

Each heater is custom-engineered for your medium, flow rate, inlet/outlet temperature, pressure and material of construction (SS304/SS316 and specialty alloys), with digital thermostats, controls and safety cut-offs. Rugged, energy-efficient and built to code for pharma, chemical, oil & gas, and general process duty.

Looking for a different heating method? Our immersion heaters for tanks and vessels submerge directly into the process fluid for faster, more localized heat transfer, while our electric air heaters and duct heaters are built for heating air streams and enclosed spaces rather than liquids.

Circulation heaters are typically specified wherever a process needs continuous, closed-loop heating rather than open-tank immersion — hot-oil skids, glycol and water loops, fuel-gas conditioning, and CIP (clean-in-place) circuits are common examples. We size the heater to your flow rate and watt density to avoid hot-spot fouling, and can supply ASME- or CE-rated pressure vessels where the application demands it.
