How It Works – Smart Molecular Thermodynamics

Engineered with advanced self-regulating polymer technology, delivering responsive, efficient  and safe heating across diverse flooring applications. Cables autonomously adjust their heat output based on real-time surface temperature, ensuring uniform thermal distribution while eliminating risks of overheating or energy wastage.

Each IntegroLap cable features a semi-conductive polymer matrix infused with carbon particles. As ambient temperature increases, the polymer expands microscopically, increasing the distance between conductive paths and thereby increasing resistance—which reduces power output. Conversely, in cooler areas, the polymer contracts, lowering resistance and automatically increasing heat generation. This dynamic, point-by-point regulation ensures heat is delivered precisely where and when it's needed, adapting instantaneously to localized thermal conditions across the entire floor surface.
